The better condition the better. I want to play with free bikes and see what happens. If I end up just getting them running, they'll go to a happy home. If I cut them up to make bike stuff, such as trailers or tallbikes, these too will probably end up getting given away or puled out on recreational rides. If you know where there is an abandoned bike I could come get it with my bike trailer...
Also a crappy moped for free would be cool too.
