Hello, I'm suddenly houseless come August 1st!
I'm really digging this sweet house in Sunnybrae on Panorama. It's 900, a 2bdr, and it's got a deck, garage, and yard. It looks a little jilapidated, but I kind of like that...rustic. I haven't seen the inside, but you can take a look yourself: 1981 Panorama. It's listed here:

I don't think pets are allowed, which is the only drawback. It's a bit in the sticks, but there are quite literally several horses on the way to it; I biked it from downtown Arcata in about 15 minutes. I think it's a pretty doable commute, but if you want something in HSU's butthole it's probably not for you.
So, about me: I'm 24, between undergrad and graduate school (ish), working full time. Vegetarian, rare smoker, rare drinker...I read and watch movies, or rent them and let them sit around. What else: queer, female.
I've lived with all types and I get along with most people...I keep mostly to myself but I'd be down for a weekly dinner or something.
