Hi. I am looking for one mature, non-cigarette smoking adult to share a nice house in Arcata beginning August 1st. The rent is $675 plus a portion of utilities & $675 deposit, and includes your own room and full bath, plus full use of all the common areas. No dogs are allowed, but one more cat is OK (I also have one cat). The lease is month-to-month, but I am looking for someone who can commit to staying at least through December (5 months minimum).
The house has washer & dryer, large kitchen w/ gas stove, available garden space, and some additional storage. Other amenities include covered patio, woodstove in den, and a nice neighborhood setting close to town and on busline.
