Has small kitchenette, full bath, apartment- sized w/d, in 2 nice sized, bright rooms--one is the bedroom, one is the lounge/dining area/kitchenette. Can be partially furnished if you'd like it to be (not all furniture in pics is available).
Outdoor area is shared with my small family with plenty of space to find privacy too. We're on an acre next to a creek, with lots of fruit trees and berry bushes, and tons of space to garden if you'd like (no 215).
No animals, no exceptions (truly sorry)--2 dogs and 2 cats, already live here, and don't like unfamiliar animals....so prefer a tenant who enjoys animals.
Most utilities (wifi, trash, water/sewer) included; share PGE.
Background check + references required.
$1200/month for single occupancy. Possible rent reduction for occasional animal or garden care.
