Hello, employed responsible couple looking for a pet friendly rental in the eureka outskirts and North. Were used to rural living and have great rental references. I somehow always end up working for, taking care of my landlords. I have 4 small house broken dogs, 2 inside outside cats (to keep the pests out and under control) and chickens. My budget is 2000$ a month and we are building towards a deposit, but if there's someone willing to work with us or needs some work, clean up done to one of your property were your team. If you have a place coming open in a few months time I would have a deposit for you. I work 2 jobs and my partner has a job lined up upon moving to the coast. I currently live about an hour from my new employment in eureka and would like to move to town to save $ as soon as possible.
All animals are house trained and clean. All 4 dogs weigh 75lbs all together. I manage large buildings for a living and respect other people's property and have alot of solid property management experience. Our children are adults. We're clean, quiet and always pay our bills. As mentioned all my landlords love us and will provide references. If you have something, please respond to the email. Something with limited neighbors and some what rural is ideal 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths will meet our needs. Fyi we love wood heat and come with our own fencing to contain our kritters.
