It is a clean 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a deck and huge yard with lots of fruit trees and berry bushes. There is a garden plot available too. Shed and attic space for storage.
Gas range stove, wood fireplace in living room, and two eco heaters.
Available April 20th with some flexibility.
$2000/month. 1 year lease.
All utilities paid by tenant.
$2500 refundable security deposit plus $500 non refundable cleaning deposit.
Pets may be considered on a case to case basis, with a $50 addition to rent per month.
We will do a credit and background check. We are looking for 3x the rent in income and excellent rental history.
No smoking/vaping and no cannabis cultivation or production.
