Older house in the redwoods, about a mile from the beach and 1/2 mile from downtown Trinidad.
3 smaller bedrooms & 1 bathroom on 3/4 acre. 2 outbuildings wired for indoor cultivation (14x20 & 14x24), well water, wood stove heat, fair amount of parking. 1200 square feet in the main house. Surrounded by Redwoods, so it's quiet and private, but also fairly shady (and wet) in the Winter.
House needs some repairs and cleaning after last tenant, so it will hopefully be available after December 15th. January could work too.
Pets OK, no cigarette smoking.
First Month's rent + equal deposit. Looking for a very reliable short or long-term tenant who wants a no-fuss landlord..:-)
