Locally Made Procelain Doll in Japanese Komono - $75 (Bayside)

This doll was commissioned by my mother from a local artist Cathleen Brogoitti of Fortuna in the 1990's. Mom loved dolls and Japanese art. This doll was part of my mother's collection. She stands 18" tall, has a cloth body with porcelain head and shoulder plate, porcelain lower arms/hands and lower legs/feet. She is dressed in a satin kimono with satin slippers. Beautifully china painted features with elegant costuming.
