This ceramic piece of art was made by my mother, @Deborah Kallish. She’s a well known local artist with a show currently hanging in Arcata of sketches. She is probably best known for her oil paintings I have always loved her ceramic work, and am super excited to sell some of these pieces.
This is cone 5 fired clay, with traditional style designs with melted glass on the surface.
As you can see in the video this piece is very thin, it’s meant as a work of art not a piece to use.
I am not interested in lowball offers, though I will listen to some barter. I want this piece to go to someone who truly loves it.
I live in Eureka, have a wood yard in Alton, and work all over the north state. Happy to meet a buyer anywhere from crecent city to Ukiah, or east as far as Redding.
