WEST COAST PLANE WANTED. I'm looking for a clean, good shape Cessna 172 with less than 1,000 hours SMOH and relatively low-time airframe. Hoping to pay around $50k. I have cash. Outright purchase preferred but will consider a partnership based at Murray (EKA), Arcata (ACV) or Rohnerville (FOT). The photo is me and a Cessna 150 right before I sold my share of it WELL BELOW market value to a young enthusiast who otherwise couldn't afford to fly. Let's keep the dream alive. Thanks.
