I originally built this bike several years ago as a super lightweight 27.5 hardtail mountain bike. I didn't ride it very much and not on anything very rough. I raced it cyclocross several times. I quit racing cyclocross and then bought an electric assist mountain bike so then didn't ride this bike at all. A few months ago I used the wheels, brakes and drivetrain to build a new bike. I decided to rebuild the bike using the original wheels off my e bike and brand new Shimano XT brakes and drivetrain including a Raceface crankset. It's a Deng Fu carbon frame, Lauf TR Boost fork, Origin 8 headset, Wren stem, Answer 20/20 bars, Bontrager dropper post, RaceFace Next Turbine R wheels with Maxis tires
