Yes. I'm tired of seeing so many dogs, as well. The cops need to start enforcing leash laws. They also need to ask vagrants for proof their dogs have tags and shots. Enough is enough.

Also parents! Don’t get a dog and not introduce your children in a neutral environment. Teach your children how to treat and behave around dogs. So tired of seeing so many dogs on Craigslist. Ugh
