I'm a Cal Poly Humboldt student and I am looking for a place closer to the school.
Some things about me:
-I use they/them pronouns and am 20
-I don't drink or smoke
-I have a puppy, but he is potty trained
-I do have two jobs, but would be paying with financial aid
-I have experience with animals, yard work, and house care and would be happy to trade some work for a lower rent. Yard work includes trimming trees and bushes, mowing lawns, garden care, and more.
-I need to give my current landlord 30 days notice, so the earliest would be April.
I am looking for a studio or one bed/one bath apartment. My price range is around $1,100 a month, including utilities. My preference is to find a place that pays all utilities.
