I have 17 sheets of sheet rock that are covered with metal on one side. Used for sound proofing or for a fire resistant safe room or for a Fallout Shelter! If you were to buy these new in the size that I have you would pay $300.00 per sheet. I was asking $500.00 for all 17-sheets now I am dropping the price to $100.00.
