Relatively new! Installed 7/29/2025 as an upgrade to sell a house. It did not have regular use until February 2026, where total run time is less than 30 hours.
Includes the back plate, wireless remote, chimney venting system with termination cap, and all the manuals that were left when we purchased the house. It is being removed 5/8, and will be available after that.
Stove and minimum fireplace opening measurements included in photos.
The surrounding back plate measurements are 40”w x 28 1/2”h, including the 1 1/2”bottom trim piece.
Exact measurements for the venting system will be included once it’s removed.
