These cats are not pets or lap cats — they are independent working cats best suited for barns, garages, warehouses, farms, or rural properties. They provide natural rodent control in exchange for food, water, and shelter. Ideal for anyone with a mouse, gopher, or rat problem who prefers a chemical-free solution.

If you have a suitable outdoor space and are willing to provide basic care, these cats would be a great fit. Initially, they will need to be securely confined to acclimate to their new location.
