Carnivorous Pitcher Plants! - $20

Hello! Pitcher Perfect is a small business providing carnivorous plants to Humboldt county since 2019. You can find our plants at select local shops, nurseries, special events and at the farmers' market!
Autumn is the time of year for Sarracenia Leucophylla, the white-topped pitcher plant species. This is when they put on a spectacular show, with leaves that can reach up to 3ft tall! I have S. Leuco and a fascinating variation called Tarnok available. Tarnok differs from S. Leucophylla because of the unique flower mutation it produces. I also have a complex Leuco hybrid called Daina's Delight which produces lovely pinkish red pitchers that darken to a deep maroon.
Available in size ranges from $20-$60. See photos to view the ranges. Sarracenia Leucophylla and S. Leucophylla var. Tarnok are the models.

If you're not familiar with these plants I suggest doing a bit of research. Basically, they are full sun, outdoors all year round with consistently damp soil. Kept in containers and grown in nutrient poor soil (I use a mix of peat moss and perlite). No fertilizers-they get all their nutrients ftom the flies they catch. They do great in this climate and are easy and fun to grow! ID tags also have QR codes with more detailed plant info and growing tips.
I also have small tropical pitcher plants. Nepenthes St. Gaya can be kept as houseplants. They are $15 each.
