The Neuromodulation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services and NeurOptimal neurofeedback sessions within the Center for New Growth. This role blends clinical care, patient relationship-building, operational coordination, and administrative support to ensure a seamless treatment experience from referral through completion of care. They will be trained in NeurOptimal neurofeedback and in charge of scheduling and at times administering neurofeedback sessions for interested or referred patients.
The ideal candidate enjoys working closely with patients over several weeks, thrives on consistency and organization, and is energized by bringing innovative mental health treatments into clinical practice.
This position will work under the supervision of the Medical Director, Lead Medical Clinician and collaborating providers. Training in our specific TMS platform, Magstim, and NeurOptimal neurofeedback will be provided.
Clinical schedule that requires coverage includes 4 to 5 hour shifts on Mondays through Fridays, starting with up to 4 hours of patient visits and an hour of protective administrative time for charting, scheduling and care coordination.
Previous TMS or neurofeedback experience is not required. Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a Medical Assistant, LVN, EMT, CNA, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Mental Health, Social Work, Neuroscience or adjacent fields.
For our practice, it’s critical that the person inhabiting this role can develop supportive therapeutic relationships with patients while maintaining appropriate clinical boundaries. They will provide encouragement and compassionate presence while referring psychotherapy or clinical concerns back to the treating provider.
Pay range reflects experience working in healthcare and possible licensure and would range from $23 to 30 dollars an hour.
