Hello! I'm seeking a 2-3 bedroom house or vintage apartment in the enchanting Arcata/Eureka/Ferndale area.
I deeply appreciate the character and craftsmanship of historic homes. My dream is to find a captivating Victorian, cozy Craftsman, or a chic vintage apartment above a local shop. I'm drawn to spaces with personality, where every corner tells a story.
I bring with me a pristine rental history, excellent credit, and glowing references. In my profession, I can't afford drama or scandal, so I live a quiet boring life (good tenant). In fact, I take great pride in being a model tenant, and I am always reliable with payments, maintaining a tranquil living environment, and treating each home with the utmost respect. My life-mission at this time is the education of adults in vocational training. I have an online academy that is renown for its quality and care. In other words I am an old nerd who spends most of his time working on the laptop and gets out for walks and rowing in the bay. I'm just looking for a place I can call home and increase the number of students at my academy from the hundreds into the thousands (not to worry though, they are all over the world; they certainly won't be "coming over to my house to study").
I'm hoping to adopt a rescue cat to join me on my writing adventures. I would be deeply grateful to find a home that welcomes a feline companion, but tbh, that is secondary to the right place.
