im kind of old school and im hoping to find a land lord that shares the same kind of ideas. i have ssdi. have for 20 years. and i want to rent an apartment. im good with my money and recognize that the cost of everything else hasnt gone up as much as rent, so the 3x the rent rule now-a-days doesnt really apply to how i budget. especially since my income isnt taxed. but due to it i have a hard time qualifying for an apartment. if you'd like to work with me, im a responsible person. please let me know. thank you.
