Two adults 2 children one infant. Steady solid income no credit but some rental history. My difficulties is the property management needs credit. I have cosigner if needed and I am trying to establish credit now just honestly never needed it before. Im looking for a straight rental 2+ bedrooms. Just want to be a good tenant and get into larger rental or rent to own. Responsible and respectful clean family.
