Hello, I just moved to the area and am in search of a pet and (hopeful but not necessary) horse friendly rental. I have 2 adult well mannered and housebroke dogs and 1 adult housebroke cat. The dogs are kennel, crate, bark collar trained, raised around livestock and trained to handle or leave livestock alone.

I am a single mom and am on a low budget. I have had success in the past finding cheaper private rentals that were lower rent in exchange for some work (animal care, fence fixing, working horses etc) All I ask is that the work does not take priority over my own job and would need to be established what exactly Id be doing for what amount. I do not smoke, do not drink, and am a private person. I treat a place like my own and like a well kept space.

I am not in a hurry to move as I am still in search of a job. Just wanted to get a feel if something like this was a possibility out here. I do have rental references.

Would like to stay within 30 min of Fortuna
