Hello!
We’re a long-time Humboldt family looking for a long-term rental home to settle into. We have five wonderful kids (ranging from baby to teens) and a deep love for this community.
We’re hoping to find a bright, welcoming home where we can grow roots and care for the land.
Our ideal home includes:
🏡 4+ bedrooms (5 preferred) 2 bathroom
🌞 Lots of natural light & good sun exposure
🌳 Big yard & garden space
🔥 Wood floors and a fireplace
🚗 Off-street parking
🐕🐈⬛🐰🐓🦆 Pet-friendly
(we have a small dog, outdoor cat, outdoor bunny and a crew of chickens and ducks that we would love to take to our new home, but could find a new one for if there is not space for them.)
📍 Arcata area preferred — will consider McKinleyville
We’re a responsible, community-oriented family who values good communication and caretaking. We own a small local business (Humboldt CBD) and a farm in Willow Creek. We operate Humboldt CBD online from home, so we take pride in maintaining a clean, peaceful, and well-loved space.
We can provide solid local references and are looking for a long-term rental where we can truly settle in.
