I’ve lived at the same place for about 8 years now, but unfortunately my landlord is going through some personal issues and may need to sell the place soon. Due to that, I’m looking into my options for a new place.
What I’m looking for:
- A studio or 1-bedroom.
- I have an Emotional Support Animal who is a 50-lb. Boxer-Mix. I would prefer a place with a fenced yard.
- Looking to spend under $1,000 per month on rent before utilities. I’m fine with paying more if utilities are included.
- I’d like it to be in Eureka but I am open to any NoHum town.
A bit about me:
- I’m a full time teacher.
- I have lived in Humboldt for 12 years, volunteer regularly, and am well respected in my community.
- I’m cleanly and take great care of my home, including doing yard work.
- Currently single so just looking for a place for me and my Emotional Support Animal.
- I don’t smoke/vape any form of tobacco/nicotine.
- I’m happy to provide references.
