My younger sister and I are looking for a new rental for us and our four pets. We have 3 older indoor cats, and a small chihuahua/pug mix (Smaller than the cats). I, Breanna, work in Special Education and for the City of Arcata Recreation Department, and my sister Nevaeh works in retail. She will start college next fall. We are looking to find a two bedroom under $1500, available by December. We don't party, nonsmokers, are respectful of our space, and I personally am out of the home for almost 10-11 hours for work most days.
