Mid Thirties Couple Seeking Dog Friendly Housing (Arcata/McKinleyville/Blue Lake)

I hope this message finds you well, and thank you for taking the time to read it. My partner and I are looking for housing for us and our two dogs starting as early as mid December, and hopefully no later than February 1st.
A little about us; we are both in our mid thirties who have been living in Humboldt for a little over 10 years. I work doing construction for a local real estate investor and my partner works as home assistant for private clients. We love spending time outside with our dogs, gardening, cooking and listening to music. Both of our dogs are very well behaved and good with people and other animals. One is an eleven year old border collie mix and the other is a 6 year old Boston terrier/pug mix.
We’d like to find a 2 or 3 bedroom house in Arcata or McKinleyville but are open to other areas on the coast. A few features that are important to us are a bathtub, fenced yard, gardening space and good sun exposure. We both really enjoy wood heat and have experience maintaining a wood stove, and would like to find a place with one to reduce heating costs as I have access to ample firewood for free. We hope to find a place for under $2300/month, but can go slightly above that for the right situation. Our goal is to find somewhere that we can call home for a few years while we save up to buy a place of our own, and look forward to creating a good relationship with whoever we end up renting from.
