Large, local employer is seeking an experienced (2 years) Human Resources Assistant to join its team!
Duties include supporting the HR Manager and the HR Department, maintenance of personnel paperwork and files, prepares job postings, assists with benefit enrollment, and monitor employee on-boarding.
Other duties might include providing back-up for payroll functions, auditing employment forms and records for compliance, and other miscellaneous tasks.
If you have strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook with well exceptional analytical skills, you may be a perfect match for this job!!
$14.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunity to earn annual bonuses.
