Full size pickup for hire: specializing in waste disposal, transportation and recycling. Basic Rate $40/hr (Labor/Transport Rate). All applicable disposal fees are in addition to labor. Flat disposal rates are available. Below are the services I offer:
Labor Covers the Following:
-Reduction of waste (felled trees, logs, branches, large structural components)
-Sorting and handling of different waste/recycling types
-Consolidation and loading
-Transportation to the nearest disposal facility
-Loading/Unloading in the case of transport jobs
Dump Runs:
-Basic hourly dump runs include loading, transportation to disposal site and return trip
-Flat rates are available and depend on the composition of the load
Property Clean OUT:
-Storage Units, Lots, Apartments, Houses
-Service includes removal of debris, garbage and unwanted objects. Does not include deep cleaning or fixture removal/demolition (carpet removal, alteration of plumbing fixtures, paint, doors, etc.)
Greenwaste Disposal:
-Greenwaste can be anything that was organic matter and is not treated. This includes trees, brush, leaves, branches, untreated pallets, unpainted lumber.
-Treated/painted wood, plywood, plastic bags, bamboo and fiberboard/mdf are NOT ALLOWED for disposal in greenwaste and will require disposal as normal solid waste.
Car/Truck/Agricultural Salvage:
-Salvage title must be available at time of removal
-Vehicles equipment that are severely embedded (i.e. consumed by blackberries, buried or trapped behind other immobile vehicles) will be more costly to remove
Scrap Metal/Appliance Disposal/Salvage:
-Appliances must be empty and disconnected. Those with connections to any utility must be disconnected by the owner BEFORE removal.
-Scrap must be loose and accessible.
-Any item that contains refrigerant will incur a $35 handling charge per appliance
Transportation:
-Furniture, appliances, yard equipment, moving
-Loading and unloading only (no installations or assembly unless otherwise discussed)
-Inanimate Objects only (no pets, people, cursed objects)
