Alchemy of Rhythm, Group Percussion Classes

Hello,
I offer group percussion classes across a myriad of subjects for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players. In my Indian Vocal Percussion courses, we explore the language and rhythms of both Carnatic and Hindustani Tala systems as well as traditional repertoire and subject-based improvisation. My teaching is methodically designed and inspired from thousands of hours of practice, research, and study with my teachers. These lessons will help you develop a solid foundation of rhythmic phrasing, musicality, technique, timing and more.

I currently offer two levels of Indian Vocal Percussion. The beginning class meets Wednesdays 3-4pm. The intermediate class meets Wednesdays 4-5pm.
