Lot 10 Block 234, approx .3 Acre
Nice sized wide lot with long street frontage. Had a positive "feasibility" letter and approved perc test done when the lot was purchased several years ago. There is a good sized fairly flat area for a building pad and septic.
Appeared to have an ocean view when it was purchased, but trees have grown and would benefit from clearing.
Have a feasibility letter for lot 9 to the left/below which states it is to steep for a septic system. So lot 10 should have a large private area with no building on lot 9 below it.
