We have a large bedroom for rent in our four bedroom Victorian.
About the house:
quiet neighborhood,
near Wildberries and Cal Poly
has a bathtub and inclosed yard
No growing/trimming/processing/selling/distributing cannabis.

We are an LGBTQ inclusive household. Being comfortable with a range of genders and sexual orientations is important for anyone living in our home.
The business details:
Rent is $700 per month, plus an even split of utilities (PG&E, water, solar, sewage, curbside garbage and recycling, and Internet/WiFi). Utilities usually run $150-$300 each depending on the season.
Move in costs are $2100 total and include security deposit ($1,400), and first month’s rent. There is a month to month rental contract, but no lease. It is our hope to find someone who is a good fit, who will stay a while, but we don’t want anyone feeling “trapped” by a lease.
Pets
Well behaved pets are welcome with an additional $50 a month in pet rent, and an additional $100 in security deposit for a pet. We have a dog currently that hangs out at the house part time, so pets would need to get along well enough.
Us:
One of us is a young professional who works in an office locally, and the other works from home in tech. We are quiet and mostly keep to ourselves but appreciate occasional casual conversations and social moments around the house. Keeping the house clean and tidy is a priority for us.
