The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very cute backyard. Our location is a 3-minute car ride from Cal Poly Humboldt and 6 minutes from the town square. We also have a charming entrance hedge that separates our home from the street and ensures privacy. We are very lucky to have a landlord who tends to our home very promptly and does so respectfully.
We do not allow any furry friends (pets) and please no couples, and must be 21 or older. (Sorry.) Our household is 420-friendly but intolerable to cigarettes and truly reckless behavior.
About the rent:
The bedroom is 198 sqft and the rent is $650 monthly, plus utilities. The lease is month-to-month with a 60 day notice of departure date. The deposit is 1000.
About the tenants:
There are currently 3 tenants occupying the home. We identify a healthy span of backgrounds, ages ideologies, careers, personal interests and anything else you can varietize. We come together with open-mindedness, a strong sense of humor and a shared respect for each other's personal space, property, and lifestyle. We have been living together for some time now and developed a welcoming, communicative, transparent and cohesive living space. For the most part, we all keep to ourselves and live individual lives, however amongst the stresses that may affect those everyday lives, our house has been a great support system as well. We also appreciate a good time, be it a night on the town or a day of Super Mario Party, we love to share laughs and stories that I am sure our new tenant will hear all about. We all look forward to hearing yours.
We are looking to expand this dynamic with a new roomy who feels similarly. We are hoping to find a responsible, mature adult who will bring honest communication and zero drama or hate.
