It’s a really nice side room in a one bedroom setting connected to a master bedroom studio lock out which is my room, but if you need more space we could trade. The side room is $700, but the master studio is $1250.

Bills are paid. Radiator heat, wood stove, and in my room is fireplace. This is a 2 bed 2 bath. I’m renting one room .


We have a pool that needs new liner, an orchard, gardening available, and we gages trail to Trinity River and it’s one of the best swimming spots in the area I know. Connected to a private neighborhood trail , so we are very happy and comfortable here.
WiFi is available and we have outdoor floodlights and large decks for enjoying the evening outdoors.

I drive to town every day and carpooling may be an option. This room is in Willow Creek , : mikes to town, where there’s also a bus, $2 to town!
