We have one bedroom opening up in a 4 bedroom 2 and a half bathroom home. Our home is half a mile north of campus off of LK Wood Boulevard tucked into the edge of the redwood forest. The bedroom is a large room with its own full size closet and a large window looking out over the yard. The home is spacious with lots of windows and a cozy vibe in shared spaces. You would be roommates with three of us- Olivia, Jim, and Chloe. We are all female students at Cal Poly Humboldt studying in the sciences. We have a social vibe to the space and love to host people in our beautiful home. Every week we have potlucks and barbecues. The house sits on 1 acre of forest and yard. There is ample garden space and space for parking. The house has lots of storage including a full size garage. We have our own laundry on site. We pay all utilities including PGE, water, garbage, and wifi. The lease would begin January 1st and end May 31st.
We are looking for someone who is social and responsible, someone who would welcome the social vibe and want to participate. as well someone who cleans up after themselves and participates in the cleaning of shared spaces.
No pets or couples please. We have one cat, Honey, who lives here :p
