House sits in a cul-de-sac subdivision that is very quiet and family orientated. Plenty of street parking.
Calpoly Humboldt is an easy 1.2 miles away. There is a bus stop one block away. On that corner is also a convenient store and a food truck.
Room is $1100 a month includes utilities. Wi-Fi, trash and recycling, water, electricity/gas, dish soap, hand soap, dishes, vegetarian cookware, central heat, and use of the laundry room. Laundry soap must be all natural. Allergies prevent chemicals or chemical dryer sheets.

Room is for ONE person. No overnight guests. One daytime guest is allowed for occasional visits. I don't mind visitors but this is my sanctuary.
