Greetings! We have a furnished bedroom to be available now. We are looking for a peaceful and clean individual who will respect our home. Good communication is very important. Send us an email telling us about yourself and what you are looking for in a rental.

We take care of the yard work and are responsive to any repairs that need to be done. We pay the utilities for the whole house, but we rely on everyone to do their part in conservation in order to continue to cover that cost.

The atmosphere of the house is quiet, peaceful, welcoming to all kinds of people. We are conveniently located on a bus line and within walking distance to CalPoly. We currently have other students renters. They tend to keep themselves, but we enjoy a bit of conversation in passing.

This is not a party house.

Our home is not suitable for pets. We don't smoke and don't want any smoking or burning of anything in the house.
