The house has a great kitchen space with an open floor plan, a living room, small laundry room, and a beautiful large yard. There is also a storage shed in the yard and parking space provided.
The living room is fully furnished and there is a washer and dryer. The bedrooms are unfurnished.
The house is in the Creekside Arts community which is a lovely, friendly, arts-centered neighborhood. Very peaceful, sunny, and idyllic. 13-minute drive from downtown Arcata and 10 min from Eureka.
The smaller room is 10x10 with a closet and window overlooking the large private yard and is $550 per month. The larger is a master room has a has a closet and a private master bathroom is $725
Water/sewage cost is included in the rent but other utilities are not. This is a minimum 1-year lease. No smoking of any kind allowed in the house. Cats and small dogs are welcome.
