I am looking to find someone who is a good fit to move into my spare room.
This is a very comfortable house that has a maintained, fenced backyard with deck as well as a shared bathroom/kitchen with modern appliances. We would share the house. This would be treated as our home. I keep a clean, quiet home and would love to have someone who is able to respect our shared spaces. I do have two large dogs but the house is kept very neat and the dogs do come with me while I’m gone most times.
This is a great house, great location and really has a very comfortable vibe all around.
The room for rent has many windows, lots of light and a hardwood floor. The room is not furnished but the house is stocked and I’m more than happy to share.
