4 bedroom 1.5 bath house in eureka one room is available to rent on a monthly basis. Laundry on site, cozy kitchen, big living room, small yard and a shared bathroom. No pets preferably, it’s a fairly quiet house so not looking parties or shenanigans, the room is also unfurnished. Shared with 1 female and 1 male both work and are gone most of the day. $500 security deposit and $500 per month plus utilities/ internet is divided between us. We have a wood stove for heat so it stays fairly warm as long as it’s tended to. We keep it reasonably clean and shared space is respected.The dynamic is pretty important to us so a student or someone working is chill send a little about yourself and we can go from there to show you the place.
