It's in a 2-bedroom house with a big kitchen and living room, a laundry room with a washer and drier, and a big backyard. The house is on a quiet block with ample parking on the east side of town near the 101. There's plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and other things nearby.
The other tenants are a cool lesbian couple in their 30s who share the master bedroom, plus their cute and very well-behaved dog. The landlord lives nearby and is good about maintenance and repairs.
Rent is $750/mo. Utilities run between $80 and $120 per month. 2x rent to move in. You'd be signing a sublease.
