I'm a 41 year old Registered Nurse who lives upstairs and works full-time overtime (I am very rarely home, and stay at friends and family often). . .
Other roommates are 3 male and 1 female. . . It will be $700/month and PGE + Water split evenly between roommates, , , Garbage and internet are paid by owner. . . Security deposit $700 = $1400 for move in cost. . . Move in after the 1st will be prorated. . .

There are 2 stoves, 5 refrigerators everyone has their own refrigerator, 2 kitchen sinks, dishwasher, 2 sets of washer and dryer, 2.5 bathrooms downstairs to be shared with 4 other roommates. . . Also a nice yard area that can be used for gardening. . .
