It's me (she/her, mid-30s) and my two kitties here now. We're unable to accommodate more animals, unfortunately.
It's a pretty dang nice spot:
- Bedroom had so much space you get two ceiling lights
- Walk-in closet with a ton of shelving
- Dead-end street one block from Myrtle Ave busses
- Shared bath with a big clean tub/shower
- Washer/dryer with nobody raking you for quarters
- Diswasher
- Gas stove and hot water
- Central heating
- Backyard with side gate access
- Split level (bedrooms and bathroom upstairs)
Additional details:
- No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property and the manager is intense about it. I don't mind occassional vaping inside as long as it doesn't seep out where a neighbor can complain and get us kicked out.
- A basic background check and a credit check are necessary to get added to the lease.
- Proactive communication skills and basic self-awareness are a must.
- I'm clean/sober.
- I keep the place a little messy (ADHD) but not dirty. Looking for someone who also likes to keep things clean.
- My cats (one miniature cuddle panther and one purring land penguin) rule the house and they will want to be your friend.
- I'm really sensitive to most artificial fragrances, so if you use a lot of purfume, air fresheners, scented sprays, incense, or any other scented disperse stuff like that it's not gonna be a good fit.
