We're all sociable and we hang out in the kitchen/dining/living room a lot. We enjoy movie nights, games, having the occasional glass of wine and beer, hanging out and talking. Crosswords, Worldle, jigsaw puzzles, music, Coenames... We're looking for someone who enjoys hanging out with their roommates. A student would be great. We do communal themed dinners pretty often, and cooking is a big thing. We have lots of surfboards and kayaks and inner tubes.
All utilities, internet and such are included in the rent. There are no other monthly charges. The owner is easygoing about various expenses, nails in the walls and carpet stains.
Shared kitchen with two fridges. Washer and dryer. Nice hot tub! There's a large greenhouse, lots of parking, gardens and frog ponds. Tons of parking, an acre of gardens and woods.
We're not partiers or drinkers but we do have parties on occasion. Most of us go to bed fairly early during the week. 420 friendly on the porch, no tabacky.
We have two super friendly dogs, so we are about dogged out. A cat might be okay.
The available room is a corner room, with skylights and its own outside door. And its own half-bathroom.
