Hello,
I am moving from Canada to Arcata to work at Cal Poly Humboldt University and am looking for a clean and quiet place within walking distance to the university.
I plan to rent for one month initially, with the possibility of extending to one semester. I am seeking a furnished private bedroom with a private bathroom, with utilities and Wi-Fi included.
I am a mature female professional and would prefer to live in a residence where the other occupants are female.
