I'm a Bay Area native relocating out of the city. I work remotely and just need a quiet place where I can set up a small workstation. I carry my own internet and power, and I have my own vehicle, so I'm pretty self-contained.
I actually enjoy physical work — splitting wood, clearing brush, fixing fences, hauling things, helping with animals. If you've got a property that could use an extra set of hands, I'd love to talk.
My needs are minimal. A shed, cottage, barn, yurt, converted bus, any basic covered space works. I can also bring my own shelter if you've just got an open corner. I'm fine with an outdoor spigot and no plumbing. If there's a bathroom I can use somewhere on the property, great. If not, I'll figure it out.
