I am looking for a new place to live, I've been renting a broken down, comfy oversized van for the last four months and the situation has changed, so I'm looking for another spot. I have been doing a partial work trade, and I am most comfortable paying $400 per month, helping out living outside the home, but can go as high as $500 for rent. I took care of cleaning, land care, cooking, helped with errands, pet care, and took care of a man in hospice who lives here. I'm a writer and video content creator, I'm looking for a private place separate from a main house to live in. I could be happy in another spacious vehicle, a yurt, would even purchase one if you have the space. I don't have a car, and would need rides here and there to the store. I am living in the redwoods right now, and would like a natural location, it helps my creativity, and I want to garden. I am a very private person, a hermit, and will keep to myself. I am a 33 year old woman wanting a peaceful and private place to be. I'm easy going and can be a great help around your home, I am respectful and want to live on a property with someone who is, too.
