Fully furnished bedroom in a quiet, plant based-vegetarian household
Room has a full-size bed, table, chair and closet.
Bathroom is mostly yours but shared with the occasional daytime guest.
There's a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and backyard for use.
House sits in a cul-de-sac subdivision that is very quiet and family orientated. Plenty of street parking.
Calpoly Humboldt is an easy 1.2 miles away. There is a bus stop one long block away. On that corner is also a convenient store and a food truck
Room is $1200 a month includes Wi-Fi, trash and recycling, water and gas, and use of the laundry room. Laundry soap must be all natural. No chemicals or chemical dryer sheets.

Room is for ONE person. Absolutely no overnight guests. One daytime guest is allowed for occasional visits.
This is not a party house so please keep socializing and such to locations away from the home.
No pets, no drug users. Full-time student or full-time job away from home.
