Renting this lovely space for $1,000/ month with $800 security deposit (refundable) and $200 (non-refundable) cleaning fee. Month to month possible but 3 month lease preferred, possible to extend or renew if we choose. No tobacco smoking on property, no smoking indoors, limited visitors and overnight guests (per lease agreement) and no pets possible.
