Furnished Home-Share for Quiet, Single, Non-Smoker - Includes Utilities

Older, quiet, retired gentleman is looking for another single, non-smoking quiet person, to share a congenial, cultured atmosphere, in his large Victorian home. Front-line Medical Staffers are preferred, but not prerequisite. This is for one (non-smoking) person only. Together with myself, we would be the only two people sharing my home.
I have a large, fully furnished bedroom with its own en-suite private bathroom - $900 monthly.. The monthly rent includes all normal utilities and kitchen/bath essentials (blankets, towels, utensils, etc.). A strong WIFI signal is available throughout the entire home.
This is a Home-Share that gives you access to the entire (4,000 sq.ft.) home, Kitchen, Laundry Room, the gardens and grounds of the Estate. Different rooms are available at different times/dates, depending on arrival/departure of other housemates. Please contact me for current and projected room availability.
My home is not a 'frat house', so quiet and tranquility are required, as well as being neat and cleaning up after using common areas (kitchen, laundry, etc.). Living together requires constant empathy, respect, and consideration of others in the household. Picking up after yourself and maintaining a clean and orderly environment in the common areas of the home (particularly the Kitchen), is essential for the smooth running of the household.
If you are not an orderly and immediate 'clean up' type of person, this home will not be a comfortable place for the others in the home, hence you would not make a good 'fit' here. Quiet, tranquility, and harmony are the dominate themes of our home. It is a place to relax and decompress from the stress and pressures of the work place.
My home is 5 minutes from St. Joseph Hospital (Eureka), 15 minutes from Mad River Hospital (Arcata), 20 minutes from Redwood Memorial Hospital (Fortuna). It is 4 minutes to Court House / City Hall, 5 minutes to Humboldt Bay; 10 minutes to Redwood Forests, and beaches of the Pacific Ocean.
$900 monthly. First month's rent and a $900 (refundable) Security Deposit are required to move in. This is for a 3 month minimum stay. A completed Rental Application, One-Page Resume/Biography, and a current FICO score are required for consideration. Please contact me if you have any questions.
