We are currently expanding and hiring for two distinct roles: Experienced Tile Setters and Motivated Tile Helpers.
TILE SETTER: (Experienced)
For skilled craftsmen who take pride in flawless execution.
What You Will Do: Installation: Layout, cut, and install ceramic, porcelain, and stone tile perfectly on floors, walls, and showers.
Preparation: Prepare surfaces, mix mortar, and apply grout according to industry and Carbonneau Tile standards.
Precision: Ensure clean lines, proper leveling, and a high-end finish on every project.
Safety: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow OSHA guidelines.
What We Are Looking For: Experience: A proven track record in professional tile installation.
Tools: Must possess all standard personal installation tools.
Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and a highly reliable vehicle for daily work.
Physical Power: Ability to handle heavy lifting and repetitive manual labor independently.
Attitude: Honest, self-motivated, and highly professional with customers.
TILE SETTER HELPER: No experience needed!!
Learn a trade for life to support your family and build a real career.
What You Will Do: Support and assist lead setters with mixing mortar, grouting, and prepping job sites.
Logistics: Repetitively load, unload, and move heavy tile materials daily.
Maintenance: Keep tools clean, staging areas organized & clean, and most importantly job sites safe.
Learning: Master the trade step-by-step under expert supervision.
What We Are Looking For: Drive, honest, individually motivated, a team player, and hungry to learn.
Stamina: Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting alone (up to 60 lbs) and more with help.
Professionalism: Punctual, courteous, and strictly focused on safety.
Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and a highly reliable vehicle for daily work.
